These inserts are made of either 4 layers of hemp french terry. Since they have more layers than the more common inserts on the market we were able to make them 4 inches wide and eliminate bulk between the legs and still have pleanty of absorbancy. At the longest length they are 15 inches but fold down to 11 inches.
